Social Media Specialist

Interactive Brokers Group is seeking an experienced Social Media Specialist in APAC region to join our global marketing team and work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multi-cultural environment. As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our Social Media strategy among APAC users to increase our online presence and amplify our products and services offerings through various social media channels, keeping Interactive Brokers at the forefront of the industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Expand Interactive Brokers' organic social media presence in APAC
- Create content and design artwork for organic posting
- Find new ways to grow awareness and consideration and build advocacy
- Assist with the multi-tiered influencer outreach approach including affiliate programs, seeding, and fully integrated influencer-led marketing campaigns.
- Identify and on-board fin-tech/investment influencers with fresh and authentic voices, who make sense for Interactive Brokers and have high social media engagement rates.
- Build relationships with influencers and industry thought leaders.
- Track, monitor, analyze and report out on Social Media performance against key KPIs across social channels including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and more, on a regular basis.

**Requirements & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree required.
- Relevant work experience preferred, with 2-5 years of social media and/or influencer marketing experience.
- Graphic design skills are highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of all social channels and social/influencer management tools.
- Technical savvy and experience with Microsoft suite products, especially excel.
- Highly analytical mindset, with excellent research skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communications, time management, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent Google Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Suite skills.
- Strategic self-starter and ability to prioritize many ongoing projects.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Passionate and interested in social media and emerging digital technologies.

**Compensation**:
Competitive base salary plus performance-based bonus in cash and restricted stock grants
