Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a driven Social Media Specialist to attract and interact with targeted audiences as well as other potential users.

Objective

The goal is to gradually achieve superior customer engagement and intimacy, website traffic and revenue by strategically exploiting all aspects of the social media marketing roadmap.

**Responsibilities**:
Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, comparison and analysis, as well as audience identification

Generate, edit, publish and share content that helps to build up branding and bring awareness of products to the public

Work with the team to strategise increasing of visibility of company’s online presence and optimize social media content so that it is engaging

Create editorial calendars and schedules to upload online content

Analyze metrics and insights from exposure and reach of social media content before acting on the information

Requirements and Skills

1-2 years of relevant working experience in social media marketing

Proficient in, writing, editing (photo/ video/ captions), presentation and communication skills

Some experience in photo/ video taking is highly preferred

Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Adequate knowledge in SEO

Knowledge of online marketing and strong understanding of major marketing channels and platforms

Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability

Fluency in English
