Singapore HPB Health Promotion Board Full time

You will be a part of HPB’s Workplace Health & Outreach Division, under the Planning & Company Oureach Department, which strives to advance health promotion efforts at workplaces to reduce Singapore’s burden of diseases.

As a key member of the team, you will:

- Support the department head in the development, execution, and monitoring and evaluation of cost effective and sustainable outreach strategies, including programmes and policies in driving workplace health promotion efforts among corporates and relevant partners in Singapore.
- Lead, coordinate and work across the outreach group, comprising of three outreach divisions - school, workplace and community and leverage on the synergies across the government agencies to integrate health promotion into the relevant initiatives.
- Monitor project operating budget and indicators and develop cost effective solutions to steward the efficient use of public funds.
- Review and improve systems and processes to achieve HPB’s goals and drive efficiency.
- Guide and mentor your team to unveil and meet their professional aspirations.

The individual should possess:

- A proven track record in successfully developing, implementing and executing public grants and partnership initiatives, with an understanding of the underlying economics of achieving win-win resolutions or agreements
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Strong collaborative, project and partnership management skills
- Effective communication (verbal & written), presentation and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in managing portfolios with corporates & SMEs, and data analytics will be an advantage

The individual should also be able to;
- Adapt and independently navigate through structures and systems, new situations and challenges
- Be confident in working with both public and corporate partners
- Multi-task, handle project peaks and tight deadlines
- Motivate, guide your team and demonstrate strong team work
- Work well in matrix and highly dynamic teams
