Global Tax Free(“GTF”) Singapore is authorised by Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore (IRAS) as a Central Refund Agent (CRA) as well as sole Central Refund Counter (CRC) operator in Singapore, thereby licensed to provide tax refund services for tourists. Specialists in Tax-free shopping services, Global Tax Free offers:

- Tax Refund Services for tourists and merchants
- Central Refund Counter

**- Minimum 5 years working

**Key responsibilities include due diligence in cash handling and maintaining customer service at all times without compromising on compliance and control. Other job responsibilities include:

- Ensure operational procedures are carried out and adhered to the rules and regulations.
- Ensure day to day transactions and refund amount are reconciled.
- Handle customer feedback, enquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Ensure the counters and terminals are kept clean and tidy at all times.

**- Minimum a GCE ‘O’ level
- Cash handling experience
- A team player with operational and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous and quick learner with good communication skills

**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,000.00 per month
