**Job Title: Mid-Sales Technical Engineer (Based in Singapore)**

**Description of Key Job Duties**:

- **APAC Regional Supporting on site**
- On-site technical support, including but not limit to: Training, Inspection, trouble-shooting
- **Daily communication with Trina HQ (Mandarin preferable)**
- Report to HQ warranty service manager
- Case co-ordination with HQ warranty supervisor
- Working as a window between customers and Trina’s internal team
- **Complete other tasks arranged by the company and leaders**

**Skills Requirement**:

- Bachelor degree or above, at least 1 years or above industry experience.
- Excellent skills in writing business E-mails and MS software.
- English proficiency: intermediate - advanced level in speaking and writing.
- Daily management for 3PL/suppliers portal system, online data share system.
- Facing customer be proficient in communication with APAC customers.
- Have a strong sense of cooperation, sense of responsibility, and the ability to think and solve problems independently.
- The most important thing is to have enough patience and a positive working attitude.
- Need to travel irregularly in APAC Region.
