Singapore KINGPOINT TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in loading and unloading of materials from vehicles, to assist in deliveries to job sites where required.
- Check and inspect goods received and ensure they are of accurate quantity, type and quality.
- Issue goods to internal / external stakeholders.
- Organize and arrange materials in the warehouses.
- Control movement of goods, update both the issuance & receiving record. Monitor and maintain inventory by conducting regular physical counts (both internal & external), reconciling variances, inputting data.
- Update data into warehouse management system / manual recording.
- Manage & responsible of filing and sorting of the Warehouse paperwork.
- Assist in the preparation of paperwork for deliveries when needed.
- Maintain good housekeeping of the warehouse on a daily basis.
- Assist with daily warehouse operations.
- Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the team lead/supervisor/Procurement Manager.

**Requirements**:

- GCE ‘N’/’O’/ITE or its equivalent.
- Possess positive attitude and must be physically fit to carry heavy and bulky items, meticulous and a good team player.
- Able to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills - both Oral and writing in English & Mandarin.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Preferably with 1 years’ working experience in a warehouse environment.
- Possess reach truck license will be an added advantage.
- Possess Class 3 driving license will be an added advantage.

**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $2,500.00 per month

- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay

License/Certification:

- Class 3 Driving Licence (preferred)
- WSQ Operate Forklift (preferred)
