**Roles & Responsibilities**

**You will mainly be responsible for**:

- Performing all run activities in respect of Client’s processes, ensuring:

- Handling escalation on actions from Production Engineers Level L1 and L2 (incident, request, change):

- Continuous improvement of service:

- Managing knowledge within the teams:

- Driving the most complex operations & ensuring they are well prepared (involvement on DRP test, Task Force, etc.):
The position requires a minimum of 3 years relevant experience as a Appliction support or from any development back ground.

**Functional**:

- Experience in a banking environment will be a Plus.

**Technical**:

- Knowledge on Windows scripting, Active directory;
- Knowledge on Windows administration
- Knowledge on Network fundamentals ;
- [preferred] Websphere MQ and File Transfer
- [preferred] SWIFT: GTExchange / GT Frame
- [preferred] CFT - Strong knowledge;
- [preferred] DMS / EDM and printing knowledge
- [preferred] BI and Financial reporting solution
- [preferred] TWS and OPC - Ability to re-run, force jobs, sysout capturing, investigating agent unavailable issues, create job/batch (Knowing would be added advantage)
- [preferred] EMC / TSM - Theoretical knowledge, ability to backup/retrieve data, File restore - Basic knowledge.

**Some exposure to Application/Production Support along with Windows experience or knowledge is required.
