- Project managing the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics/CRM365 across APAC for our Corporate Solutions business
- Maximising our investment in the platform - leveraging lessons learned and best practices from other corporates
- Partnering with our Business Lines, Sales & Accounts platform and IT teams to review and refine business processes, undertaking analysis of the existing sales and marketing processes and advising on how Microsoft Dynamics/CRM365 functionality can best complement business processes
- Acting as advocate for our CRM 365 platform encouraging up take of usage
- At least 6 years’ experience implementing Client Relationship Management platforms in a complex corporate environment
- Ideally excellent understanding and knowledge of core Microsoft Dynamics/CRM 365 (alternatively we will consider Salesforce Implementation experience)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - ability to work with both business units and our IT teams globally and regionally
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Excellent business analysis and project management skills
- The role will be more of Business Analyst
