**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Analyze, document, and discuss solution architecture with leads and architects.
- Focus on backend development, with frontend skills as a secondary strength.
- Conduct unit and integration tests, emphasizing Test & Business Driven Development.
- Collaborate with test teams for performance and endurance testing.
- Propose technical solutions, improvements, and provide technical specifications.
- Ensure quality reporting and controls in adherence to bank standards and security.
- Follow Scrum Agile ceremonies with discipline.
- Uphold proper Governance, Code, and Conduct.
- Collaborate with external vendor consultancy teams for product development.
- Contribute to key strategic projects as an enabler and stakeholder.
- Minimum 8 years of backend development experience.
- Strong Java Backend Development in Java 11-21, ORM Frameworks (MyBatis, Spring-Data-JPA), MAVEN, Spring Framework, REST APIs, CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Serena, Ansible), and testing utilities (Mockito, Jmeter, Postman, etc.).
- Experience with database: Oracle SQL and Postgres SQL
- Experience with Cloud: IBM Cloud, AWS, Google, Alibaba, Azure
- Experience with Middleware, Apache Tomcat, Docker, Kubernetes, Kafka is a plus
- Frontend Development experience is a strong plus: JavaScript, jQuery, TypeScript, JSP, AJAX, and Angular 2x.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective collaboration and communication within teams.
- Experience with Agile practices.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
