
Commercial Account Manager

**The Role**
As the Commerical Account Manager, you will work as part of a highly experienced and motivated account management team to manage and grow the commercial relationship with our customers, as well as to secure business with new accounts.
**Your responsibilities will include**:
- Attracting new business in either existing or new markets leveraging your previous career experience and relations to define appropriate value propositions for potential new customers.
- Building a strategy and planning account activities to achieve the growth in revenue from existing accounts.
- Liaising with senior commercial and product colleagues to ensure that at every level of execution our clients are delighted with our product.
- Being responsible for all commercial activity in each account, including negotiating new contracts, ensuring that existing contracts are renewed, and ensuring that billing and invoicing is handled expediently.
- Working closely with the Technical Account Manager (TAM) on each account and supporting him/ her in identifying new opportunities for greater use of our software in the account.
**Ideal Profile**
- You have 10+ years’ experience in the enterprise software industry or financial services/telecommunications/retail.
- During your career to date, you had and continue to have extensive experience of working with enterprise software and driving 10s and 100s of millions of US dollars revenue while focusing on customer success.
- You have a keen appreciation of data and systems architectures in large organizations, and of current technology trends in these organizations.
- You have a solid track record of delivering revenue over and above target in either product or services/consulting sales.
- You have excellent English language and communication skills, both written and oral. Knowledge of additional languages will be a plus.
- You have the ability to work independently and are self-motivated.
- You have the ability to work well under pressure and to juggle priorities to meet deadlines.
- You are willingness to travel as required - this may include long-haul travel.
- You are confident working in a multicultural, international and dynamic environment.
- You possess key office skills: very good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, including experience of the production of high-quality slide presentation decks and RFP responses.
