Griller - Bbq

**INITIA Group SG (DRIM Korean Steak House) are looking for Griller PT**
- **Job Level**:Intermediate or Experienced
- **Salary Range**:Part time: $20 - $25 / hr
- Work Schedule: 12nn to 4pm / 6pm to 10pm (3-4 hrs per day)
- **Department**:Operations Department - F&B
- **Location**:Orchard Mandarin Gallery, Singapore (various locations)

**Overall Job Objectives**

The **BBQ Griller**is mainly responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, and required to handle mínimal tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations.

**Core Responsibilities**
- **Keeping track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes**:

- Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness
- Taking daily measures to prevent food cross-contamination
- Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.

**Job Specifications**
- With at least 1 year experience in F&B Service Industry or similar role
- Ability to speak simple to average English and other local languages, to provide good customer service for customers.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a hardworking individual.
- Willingness to work as a team player when preparing dishes and coordinating meal service
- Understanding of portions when cutting and slicing meat, poultry etc.

**Key Deliverables**
- Prepare and grill food items according to customer preferences and company standards while maintaining consistent quality.
- Monitor the progress of meal preparation components and ensure all dishes are completed promptly to meet service expectations.
- Regularly check perishable ingredients for freshness and take proactive measures to prevent cross-contamination in compliance with hygiene standards.
- Keep the grill station and surrounding areas clean, organized, and sanitized throughout shifts and at closing.
- Assist with basic kitchen tasks outside the grilling station as needed to ensure seamless overall operations.
