Griller - Bbq

**Initia Group SG ** is Looking for **BBQ GRILLER (PART TIME)**

Part Time rate: $20-25/hr

Work Schedule: 12nn to 4pm / 6pm to 10pm (3-4 hrs per day)

Location: Orchard Rd. Mandarin Gallery

**JOB OVERVIEW**:
The **BBQ Griller **is mainly responsible for preparing and grilling foods to meet specific customer preferences, and required to handle mínimal tasks in other areas of the kitchen in addition to their grill stations.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- **Keeping track of meal prep components to ensure timely completion of final dishes**:

- Checking perishable ingredients and food items for freshness
- Taking daily measures to prevent food cross-contamination
- Ensuring that your workstation remains clean and orderly at all times.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Ability to speak simple to average English and other local languages, to provide good customer service for customers.
- Strong sense of responsibility and a hardworking individual.
- Willingness to work as a team player when preparing dishes and coordinating meal service
- Understanding of portions when cutting and slicing meat, poultry etc.
