- Assist the Financial Director in leading the company's financial management, cost management, budget management, accounting, accounting supervision, audit supervision, inventory control, and other aspects of the company to strengthen economic management and improve efficiency.
- Assist the Financial Director in reviewing and formulating the company's financial management, accounting, budget management, audit supervision, warehouse management, and other related rules, regulations, and work procedures.
- Assist the Financial Director in reviewing the company's budget, financial revenue and expenditure plan, cost and expense plan, credit plan, financial reports, and accounting final statements.
- Assist the Financial Director in reviewing major business plans, economic contracts, economic agreements, etc., involving financial revenue and expenditure.
- Conduct financial analysis on the company's major investment decisions and business activities.
- Provide opinions and suggestions to the Financial Director on issues in business management.
- Conduct research and analysis on individual cases assigned by the Financial Director and propose feasible plans.
- Assist the Financial Director in handling specific matters as required.
- Responsible for training accounting personnel in professional and technical knowledge to help them improve their business and technical skills.
- Participate in the evaluation of technical titles of accounting personnel.
- Research and solve difficult problems in financial technology.
- Research and promote modern financial management methods and computing technologies.
- Be responsible for drafting speeches, reports, and other documents submitted by the Financial Director.
- Summarize, review, and provide suggestions on financial statements, materials, and documents submitted to the Financial Director.
- Collect various types of information required by the Financial Director, organize and analyze it, and provide it to the Financial Director for review.
- Be responsible for the regular collection and management of archives and materials kept by the Financial Director.
- Supervise the tasks assigned by the Financial Director to relevant personnel.
- Report regularly to the Financial Director.
- Comply with confidentiality regulations, be loyal to the company, and safeguard the interests of the company.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the Financial Director.
