**About the role
We have an exciting opportunity for an Integration Expert to join our Customer Success team. Working either in our Singapore or Perth office, you will be part of a growing and innovative, award-winning company transforming the online advertising ecosystem.

Our Integrations Experts set the foundation for a great customer experience. Their role is to lead all new customers into a seamless audit process, ensuring top-level data quality for successful value delivery. They will live and breathe our TrafficGuard product, will fully understand the functionality of our software, are product experts and will work collaboratively with the Customer Success Managers.

Their role is imperative and very rewarding - every day is different
- Provide best-in-class onboarding experience and technical guidance to new and existing customers.
- Take ownership of the onboarding and implementation process.
- Review implementation progress, resolve technical issues and drive all stakeholders towards launch
- Understand customer outcomes by consulting on the best integration setup and setting a foundation to success.
- Effectively communicate and educate customers on the technical architecture of the TrafficGuard services
- Work directly with customers to research, troubleshoot, and resolve integration issues in a timely manner
- Clearly document technical details to customers throughout the lifecycle of our relationship
- Be able to solve problems and propose innovative ideas and solutions to help achieve scalability of the product
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of TrafficGuard tools and onboarding processes
- Work with Customer Success Managers & Data Analysts to produce dashboards and implement processes to continually analyse the smooth functioning of TrafficGuard.
- Become the go-to contact for the customer success team for all things related to integration & tracking.

**About you
- Must have background and understanding of Google Ads / Google Marketing Suite
- Performance or Affiliate marketing experience preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a technical implementation / onboarding role (customer facing experience preferred)
- Basic knowledge of ad tracking & integration methods like Measurement URLs (Standard URL redirects), API, JS Tags, etc.
- Background in Advertising Operations / Ads trafficking highly valued
- Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse people and individuals at various levels within the organization
- Superior detail orientation, organisation, and analytical skills
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
