DevOps Expert

As DevOps Expert, you will report to our Head of Digital Infrastructure.
We aim to create a pioneering team in digital infrastructure, you will be one of its founding members.

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of technological infrastructure in the private banking sector, starting from scratch.

You will have the opportunity to influence the direction, processes, and culture of this new team. You will work closely with our Head of Digital Infrastructure to build a next-generation platform and an industrialized CI/CD pipeline. Your work will not be limited to task execution; you will actively participate in creating a vision, developing strategies, and establishing standards of excellence.

**How is the team ?
The team is made up of 2 Container Specialist, 2 Cloud Specialist, 5 CI/CD Platform Administrators and 3 DevOps Experts

**What will I do within this team?
As part of our ambitious project to build a next-generation technology platform, we are looking for an experienced DevOps Expert. Our goal is to transform our digital infrastructure to offer innovative and high-performance solutions to our clients. To achieve this, we need a technical leader, a mentor capable of guiding our expanding team through this transition.

As a DevOps expert, you will be a pillar of our DevOps transformation, playing a crucial role in the development of our digital infrastructure. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Design and Deployment of Containerization Infrastructures: Develop and implement containerization solutions using Docker, orchestrated by Kubernetes and OpenShift. This includes designing resilient, secure, and scalable architectures tailored to the company’s specific needs.
- Management and Optimization of Kubernetes/OpenShift Clusters: Monitor, manage, and optimize clusters to ensure their performance, availability, and security. This includes implementing auto-scaling strategies, resource management, and incident resolution.
- Development and Maintenance of Automation Scripts: Write and maintain scripts to automate the construction, deployment, and management of containers as well as the underlying infrastructure.
- Container Governance and Security: Establish policies and procedures for container security, including vulnerability management, container network configuration, and implementation of security best practices.
- Technical Support for Development Teams: Provide technical support to development teams for the use of containerization platforms. Provide training and documentation to help developers effectively use containerized environments.
- Support Development and Operations Teams in Adopting DevOps Practices: Encourage a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and innovation.
- Development of DevOps Strategies: Help the team design and implement customized DevOps strategies that support the long-term goals of our platform while respecting the unique needs of our private banking environment.
- Process Improvement: Analyze and optimize our development, deployment, and operation processes to increase efficiency, quality, and speed to market.
- Training and Skill Development: Develop training programs to strengthen the DevOps skills of the team, emphasizing autonomy and proactivity.
- Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate smooth communication between development and operations teams, eliminating silos to ensure a consistent and integrated workflow.

**Required Skills**:
- More than 10 years’ experience in IT
- Expertise in Containerization Technologies: Docker, including creating, managing, and deploying containers.
- Expertise in Container Orchestration: Strong knowledge of Kubernetes and OpenShift for container orchestration, including cluster configuration and management, service implementation, and load balancing management.
- Development and Automation: Skills in Python to automate recurring tasks and optimize deployment processes.
- Configuration Management: Knowledge of configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
- Container Networking and Security: Understanding of network concepts associated with containers (such as Docker networks, Ingress in Kubernetes) and best security practices to secure containers and clusters.
- CI/CD: Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD to automate testing and deployments.
- In-depth Knowledge of Agile Methodology.
- Autonomy, Proactivity, and Innovation: Proven experience in successfully implementing DevOps practices in a complex and international environment. Demonstrated ability to navigate and resolve technical and organizational challenges.
- Technological Watch: Stay at the forefr
