How do we work?

We are seeking a driven and experienced Affiliate Manager to drive the growth of the OANDA Prop Trader affiliate program in Thailand.This role requires a deep understanding of the Thai market, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record in driving affiliate revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our affiliate network, optimize partner performance, and cultivate a thriving prop trading community in Thailand.

In this role, you will:
Develop & Execute Affiliate Strategy:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy tailored to the Thai market.
- Identify and recruit high-potential affiliate partners across various channels, including online communities, social media, and industry events.
- Negotiate attractive commission structures and partnership agreements.
- Onboard and activate new affiliates, providing comprehensive training and support.

Drive Revenue Growth:

- Set ambitious revenue targets and develop strategic plans to achieve them.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Optimize affiliate campaigns and marketing materials to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to expand the affiliate program and drive revenue growth.

Build & Nurture Relationships:

- Cultivate strong relationships with affiliate partners, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Provide ongoing support, address inquiries, and resolve challenges promptly.
- Organize regular communication and engagement activities to foster a sense of community among affiliates.

Market Analysis & Insights:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify emerging trends in the Thai prop trading community.- Analyze customer needs and preferences to inform affiliate marketing strategies.- Stay abreast of industry best practices and adapt strategies accordingly.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and maximize program effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate program performance and key insights to stakeholders.

What skillset you need, to be successful in this role:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of proven experience in affiliate marketing or a similar role, with a strong track record of driving revenue growth.
- Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the Thai market, including cultural nuances, business practices, and the online trading landscape.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in Thai and English.
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
- Analytical & Data-Driven: Proficiency in analyzing data, extracting insights, and using data to inform strategic decisions.
- Results-Oriented: A self-starter with a strong work ethic and a proven ability to achieve targets.
- Passion for the Financial Industry: Genuine interest in financial markets and trading.
- Ability to travel 30% of the time to support overseas client events, representing OANDA Prop Trader and engaging with affiliate partners (Thailand).
- Experience working with affiliate marketing platforms and tools.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics software.
- Existing network of contacts within the Thai trading community.
