Castlery is looking for an **Affiliates Manager** to join our **Growth** **Marketing Department**.
We are looking for a passionate, forward-thinking, and ambitious individual to join our team in the position of Affiliates Manager. This role will be focused on growing and building new affiliate partnerships for Castlery, you will find yourself working cross functionally within our marketing team, analyzing marketing effectiveness for ads to and improve on ad spend metrics from a data-first approach.
This role will be central in Castlery's plan to explore other affiliate partners, building strong and long-lasting partnerships with them and supporting our growth strategies as we scale our existing marketing channels for growth.

**What you'll be doing**
- Overall growth strategies and process for the Affiliate channel.
- Own the channel budget with a data-driven approach to drive towards growth and efficiency targets.
- Find and onboard Affiliates and relevant partners to drive growth, implement platform and solutions to drive scalability.
- Growing the channels with our customers in mind. And you will need to gather data, measure and quantify success towards marketing and company objectives.
- Drive long-term partnerships that are win-win with long-term and deeper collaborations. You will negotiate for the company while driving long-term partnerships.
- Work with Creative, Campaign, Analytics, Merchandising and Tech teams, to build collaborative processes to drive growth and operation efficiency.
- Plan long term strategies, and plan resources to support the growth of the channels. Foresee the company's needs, and plan accordingly to evolve the channel to the next level.
**What you'll need**
- At least 4 years' experience in Performance marketing, especially Affiliates marketing
- Proven track record in owning budget and driving excellence in growing a channel. Experience in achieving targets with insights, planning and good executions.
- Passionate about the latest trends and technologies in the market, testing out new partners and initiatives with bias for action.
- Testing sometimes mean failure, you are comfortable accepting the failures, learning from them and moving forward with better knowledge and approach.
- Experience in planning and leading the team to deliver specific measurable objectives with some direct supervision.
- Have capabilities in identifying and solving complex problems innovatively, and be proactive in finding resources and prioritization
- Is able to lead some cross-functional projects independently
- You will be curious and willing to dive deep into the insights behind data. And use data to guide the decision and initiatives.
- You are comfortable gathering relevant data, making assumptions and decisions, measuring and validating assumptions in the channel operations.
