**COMPANY DESCRIPTION**

The Salvation Army, Children and Youth Group - Gracehaven Children's Home and The Haven Children's Home are residential homes for children and youths who require care, protection and rehabilitation due to risk behaviours and a lack of parental supervision.

We aim to help children and youths reintegrate back into their family and society through an array of holistic programmes and activities specially designed to cater to the well-being of each individual person. At The Haven, a team of professionally trained social workers work towards building holistic and individualized care plans that are tailored to meet each person’s needs.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

The Programme Executive conducts programmes to suit the needs of the beneficiaries and coordinates these programmes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Conduct programmes based on client needs
- Conduct needs assessment to support development of programmes based on client needs
- Provide programme updates to the supervisor
- Identify areas of improvement in programmes
- Implement quality control and compliance procedures
- Maintain daily records on the progress of clients
- Develop information materials for distribution to clients and volunteers
- Plan the manpower roster for programmes
- Guide volunteers in executing programme activities
- Coordinate with other organisations for the execution of programmes
- Manage communications and feedback from stakeholders
- Conduct outreach activities to target client groups, other organisations and the community
- Assist in fundraising

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Diploma or Bachelor from a recognised institution
- Preferably in Social Services

**Job Requirements**
- With experience in running programmes, working with volunteers and fund raising
- Good interpersonal skills
- Collaborative personality
- Takes initiative
- Creative
- Analytical
- Experience in marketing and fundraising

**OTHER INFORMATION**
**Working Hours**
- 10am to 7pm (5 days work week)
- Willing to work flexible hours according to operational needs
