**About Us**
TransAsia Private Capital Limited is a Hong Kong and Singapore based asset manager that specializes in working capital lending/financing. The firm is seeking to improve its capability in high volume supply chain financing through enhancing data capture, automating documentation processes, using programs to check for exceptions/breaks and generating customized risk reports.
**Job Information**
- Job Type : Full-Time
- Years of Experience : 3 to 5 years in audit or similar function, concentrating on operations
**Role**
- Lead efforts for external audit, ensuring a successful completion of audit process
- Review of operational processes, identifying areas of potential risk and remediation through process design where applicable
- Perform middle office functions which includes management of day-to-day portfolio exposure, reviewing of compliance and sanction related matters
- Other ad-hoc tasks depending on business requirements
**Responsibilities**
- Participate in middle office functions and learn about entire loan lifecycle.
- Conduct full review of previous audits to comprehend underlying business.
- Identify inherent operational risks within company and remediate where necessary. Policy creation, redesign and implement processes where applicable.
- Lead and be central point of contact throughout external audit process.
- Conduct post-mortem review of audit and ensure constant learning and process design as well as policy adherence is ingrained in company.
**Requirements**:
- An interest to learn about private debt industry and loan products
- University degree in accounting/finance
- Motivated to self-learn, take initiative and work independently
- Ability to think critically and be able to communicate concisely, precisely and effectively
- Good interpersonal skills - team player that can take on tasks beyond primary responsibilities
