**A Day in the Life**
- Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects (preferably with contacts of Architectural & Interior Design firms)
- Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, with the objective to close sales within the assigned segments of operations.
- Identify new avenues and prospects to demand for our company products/services
- Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
- Prepare presentations and sales quotation/proposal based on client’s requirements.
- Communicate with factory on site progress and delivery.
- Follow-up on tender, work on tender submission and attend tender interviews etc.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

**Who Are We Looking For**
- Diploma/Degree in Building or any related field
- At least 5 years sales experiences in building & construction sector, preferably in Furniture and Fittings
- Self-driven, focused and goal oriented
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable communication skills
- Strong organization and planning skills
- Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
