**Public Relation Officer**
- Able to communicate, work and train staff.
- Ensure Workplace is Clean and Hygiene at all the Time.
- General understanding in daily shop operation.
- To deal and manage feedbacks and complaints from the public tactfully and render full support on public relations matters related to the contract.
- Provide support and assistance to clients and co-ordinate with clients in handling any complaints.
- Promote good relations with staffs and management
- Develop positive relationship and maintain good rapport with different tenant.
- Maintain proper record of all PR cases, correspondences and communication materials.
- Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit.

**Job Requirements
Possess at least degree qualification & above education.

No experience required

Good work ethics & ability to multitask & work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, responsible, independent and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Able to work in a fast paced environment

Proficient in Microsoft Office Application (Word, Excel, Power Point).
