**管理銷售活動**
- 發揮酒店團體銷售主管的職責,以支持酒店銷售總監。
- 徵求、預訂和開發當地團體業務。
- 為銷售團隊成員建議預訂目標。
- 開發和管理團體銷售收入和運營預算,並提供預測報告。
- 與管理團隊合作制定並實施針對收入、客戶和市場的團體銷售/行銷計劃。
- 協助銷售、實施和跟蹤團體促銷活動。
- 執行和支援萬豪客戶服務標準和酒店品牌標準。
- 執行和支持預訂業務的運營方面(例如,生成提案,撰寫契約,客戶信函)。
- 參與和實踐品牌的日常服務基本原則(例如,萬豪酒店及度假村 (MHR) 服務社群日常基本原則、萬麗酒店及度假村 (RHR) 有悟性的服務基本原則,萬怡酒店、SpringHill Suites、Fairfield Inn 日常基本原則,Residence Inn 每日小會,或者 TownePlace Suites 早會)。

**建立成功的關係**
- 與酒店外部的銷售管道(如銷售辦事處團體銷售、地區銷售、全球銷售組織 (GSO) 等)協作,證實酒店的需求得以實現,且銷售工作起到補充作用,而非重複。
- 與客人/客戶、銷售和廚房、供應商、競爭對手、當地社區、餐飲協會和酒店其他部門有效互動,以維持客人滿意度。
- 透過在客戶的計劃/活動之前和期間,協助客戶並監測其滿意度,執行示範性的客戶服務以提升客戶滿意度和忠誠度。
- 透過瞭解客戶的需求,並推薦最能滿足其需求並超越其預期的相應特色和服務,同時建立關係和維護對萬豪的忠誠度,為客戶提供服務。
- 瞭解酒店的主要目標客戶和服務預期;透過瞭解客戶的業務、業務問題和顧慮,服務他們並在計劃//活動之前和期間提供更好的業務解決方案。
- 與運營部門建立密切的工作關係,以執行酒店層面的戰略。

**領導力**
- 透過積極針對市場中現有的高價值新客戶,並實施有效的銷售部署策略以提高市場份額,管理和指導酒店內團體銷售工作,以實現酒店收入目標。
- 與銷售和行銷總監合作,確保瞭解銷售策略並為酒店有效實施該策略。
- 與人力資源部合作,吸引、培養和留住合適的人才,以支持市場的戰略重點。
- 建立有效的結構、流程、工作和績效管理體系。
- 運用領導績效流程 (LPP) 為直屬下屬設定目標和期望;調整績效和獎勵;解決績效問題並讓員工對取得成功的業績負責。
- 與人力資源部 (HR) 預測人才需求並管理人才招聘策略,以最大限度地減少因人員流失造成的時間損失。
