- Start your career with Bank of Singapore as a Project Manager in the Client Data Chapter Team
- This contract role will reside within the Client Data Chapter Team and would be responsible for managing a 6-month project with close collaboration with external consultants and internal departments/teams across the Bank.- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors and manage execution of projects.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan to track progress, identify dependencies and foresee potential issues.
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
- Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Manage the relationship with the external consultants and all internal stakeholders.
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
- Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- For Data Remediation project support and adhere to the data and analytics strategy, standards of data quality and data governance as dictated by BOS and the Group
- Drive the formulation of data requirement and mapping specifications.
- Work closely with Tax and Ops users to understand project needs, translate into requirements for solution implementation.
- Facilitate and participate in requirement, functional specification, and prioritization sessions.
- Manages and communicates with key stakeholders such as business users and IT teams on project status, key risks and issues.

**Qualifications**
- At least 5-8 years of experience working as Project Manager
- Preferred project experience in managing data related projects (data remediation, data quality governance) or data analytics projects.
- Experience working on data visualization analytics tools like Power BI, is a plus.
- Have hand-on experience for data aggregation, data transformation, and data reporting.
- Have strong business analytical skills to quickly understand and break down complex issues and problems to come up with sound and rational judgements and solutions.
- Ability to understand and empathy business needs and work with IT teams to lead the conceptualization of human centric solution and translation into functional specification.
- Possess working experience in driving end-to-end project/product implementation using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
- Motivated and self-started individual with a passion for change
- You have strong communication set skills to be able to lead key and numerous partners and make sure you deliver the intended business value to the clients.
- Those with experience consulting experience in process re-engineering and system implementation or business / risk change management will be desirable.
- Project management, scrum or agile certification is encouraged.
