Job Responsibilities/Requirements:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead a team of dedicated staff to achieve the company’s daily objectives of customer service, sales and operations
- Serve customers with passion and integrity, towards providing an excellent service experience to all customers
- Possess a positive mind set towards challenges faced
- Lead a team of Retail Associates in all areas of operations to meet daily shop and company’s targets and KPIs
- Able to independently troubleshoot operational errors and discrepancies with mínimal assistance
- Able to provide basic staff counselling and motivation where required
- Able to manage an effective team through manpower deployment, duty assignment and motivation
- When assigned, Supervisors should be able to stand in as a Duty Manager, performing the role required of a Deputy Retail Manager/ Retail Manager

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 5 years in retail experience at Supervisory level leading a team of sales personnel
- A highly motivated individual who is driven by sales targets and is able to provide quality customer service
- Excellent communicaion and interpersonal skills
- Willing to perform shift duties on weekends and public holidays
