Your Impact:
Lead the definition of architecture and provide technical consultation for digital transformation programs.

Collaborate with business development and client engagement teams to support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, proposal delivery, architecture assessments, and technical qualifications.

Advise our clients and partners on optimizing the recommended product suite for defining, building, and deploying online and omnichannel solutions.

Lead the translation of the client’s business requirements into comprehensive systems design.

Drive the development of prototypes and technology demonstrators within eCommerce, content management, and marketing automation domains.

Estimate time frames, resource requirements, and assist in developing project plans and risk assessments to ensure successful implementation.

Establish measurable criteria for deliverability, performance, maintenance, design, and costs.

Your Skills & Experience:
8+ years of technical experience with demonstrated expertise in developing and architecting backend solutions, preferably in the banking domain, including a deep understanding of core banking processes.

Knowledge of backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, NoSQL, Python, containerization, microservices architecture, and frameworks.

Proficiency in designing and implementing robust backend systems using relevant technologies such as Java, Python, or similar languages. Strong knowledge of database technologies (e.g., SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) and data modeling principles.

Proven experience in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance, and secure enterprise-level architectures for large-scale banking solutions. Familiarity with architectural patterns (e.g., microservices, event-driven architecture) and domain-driven design.

Experience utilizing ETL tools (e.g., Informatica PowerCenter, IBM InfoSphere DataStage, Talend) for data integration, transformation, and warehousing. Proficiency in designing ETL workflows, optimizing data processing, and ensuring data quality.

Experience with DevOps technologies such as Ansible, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.

Practical hands-on knowledge of CI/CD and testing (unit, integration, performance, and security).

Extensive experience in digital solutions with one or more of the following: Azure, AWS, and GCP.

Excellent collaborator, accustomed to working in fully agile product or software delivery teams regionally.

Proficiency in English and Thai languages with an understanding of Thai work culture and business ethics.

Strong collaborator who thrives in an agile, remote, and distributed team environment.

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Knowledge of the Financial Services (Banking) industry.

Familiarity with Open Banking concepts is a plus.

Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, with developer or architect certifications being advantageous.
