Our Client is the Japanese fashion and apparel brand. They are currently hiring for a shop staff to join their team to expand their business and to support the management.
Reporting to Shop Manager.
【 What you will be doing 】
- Responsible for day-to-day operations
- Engage customers and provide good customer service
- Promote and share the company stories and philosophy
- General stock taking and perform cashier duties
- Handles and responds to customer enquiries/feedback efficiently
- Ensure cleanliness of the store by executing daily housekeeping duties
- Review weekly/monthly results and discuss strategy and idea with Management
- Perform duties assigned by the Store Manager
- ** Requirement**:

- Possess more than 3 years of experience in the Retail industry
- Customer-centric and genuinely enjoys serving and getting to know customers better
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, able to motivate and lead the retail team
- Good knowledge of the retail business and understand the market, competitors and brand environment.
- Lead and train staffs and visual merchandiser.
- Experience managing a fast-paced retail operation.
- Possess an experience of using MS Excel and POS system
- **Working Hour**: 11:00 ~ 21:00
