**Responsibilities:
- Interact positively and professionally with customers
- Maintain detailed knowledge of the menu and presentation standards for dishes
- Recommend and suggest orders to customers and up sell whenever possible
- Keep the stall area clean and organised throughout the day
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including receiving payments, providing change, and processing payments through a point-of-sale system
- Maintain cash register accuracy and reconcile sales at the end of the shift.
- Ensuring that the handover, closing, and opening procedures are completed in each shift (three shifts in operation, each shift is eight hours: 7am to 3pm, 9am to 5pm, 12pm to 8pm, six-days work week)
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements:
- Cooking skills, especially in Malay / Indonesian cuisine
- Possess valid WSQ certificate in Food Safety and Hygiene
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Able to operate digital Point-of-Sale system
