**Responsibilities**
- Define and shape product strategies to accelerate AI industrialization across the organization.
- Align with stakeholder needs to prioritize initiatives and deliver maximum value.
- Drive product adoption and continuously improve based on feedback and data insights.
- Lead and collaborate with development teams and ensure seamless execution and timely delivery of impactful features.
- Advocate for data analytics users by incorporating their feedback and leveraging reports, dashboards, and data management tools.
- Ensure a seamless user experience through data-driven decision-making.
- Bridge technical gaps by integrating the product with AI/ML development and deployment tools.
- Enhance data insights and streamline operations for end-users.
- Implement key AI governance features, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards, including MAS guidelines.
- Maintain a strong understanding of compliance frameworks and risk environments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in software development within the financial services industry.
- Strong programming skills in **Python, R, SQL,**and web technologies.
- Solid understanding of data lake technologies and architectures.
- Experience with tools like **CML, Jupyter Notebooks, DuckDB, Superset, Tableau,**and **QlikView.**:

- In-depth understanding of AI/ML lifecycle, AI industrialization,and governance frameworks.
- Experience working with data professionals, including Data Scientists, Analysts, and Translators.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance, risk environments, and AI governance frameworks such as fairness, transparency, and model monitoring.
- Demonstrated experience in managing AI-driven products with a focus on regulatory compliance and governance.
- Proven ability to collaborate with technical teams and business stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to deliver business value metrics and insights to senior leadership.
