Our HTX AI Products team aims to empower our Home Team Department's flagship projects through seamless integration of AI technologies.

We are seeking an experienced Product Management Lead to lead our product management team in identifying opportunities, developing, managing, and scaling an array of AI and digital products in the homeland security space.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead product teams to develop, update, and prioritize long-term product roadmaps on a regular basis by partnering with stakeholders and users.
  • Prioritise the delivery of products and product features and define launch parameters such as minimal viable product, versioning, releases, and go-to-market communication.
  • Collaborate with Solution & Design team to identify and validate problem statements that help agile teams conceptualise or innovate new AI and digital solutions or evolve current AI and digital product features.
Requirements:
  • Postgraduate / Tertiary qualification in information systems, computer science, business, or social sciences.
  • Min. 5 to 8 years in digital product management or similar role, with experience leading a team of product managers.
  • Demonstrated success in defining, launching, and scaling a product.
