Staff Nurse / Senior Staff Nurse (West, Office Hours)

Job Responsibilities:

- Ensure proper patient placement and effective use of organization services
- Enhance the efficiency of the Referral Centre through policy and procedure implementation
- Support collaborative healthcare projects with partners
- Screen referrals and assess their suitability for transfer to the organization
- Contribute to clinical and quality improvement projects
- Implement and update clinical protocols, processes, and policies
- Collaborate with other hospitals and partners to optimize transfer workflows
- Participate in hospital projects, including those affecting clinical services
- Provide administrative support for clinical research activities
- Prepare reports and statistics as needed
- Identify and suggest solutions for problem areas Assist in implementing recommended improvements

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution.

2. Valid SNB nursing license and registration

3. Strong knowledge of nursing principles, procedures, and best practices.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

5. Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.

6. Proficiency in medical record documentation and basic computer skills.

7. Commitment to providing compassionate care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
