We have a Sales Associate position for you at Carrie K. Jewellery. This position will fit you if you love jewellery, enjoy delivering exceptional customer experience by helping them create the perfect jewellery to mark their life's milestones like weddings and engagements. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record in retail sales with at least 2 years work experience. Experience in jewellery retail or a luxury brand would be a benefit as we offer clients ready designs as well as designing one-of-a-kind jewellery commissioned by clients. We invest heavily in training and career development.

Roles & responsibilities:

- Advise clients on suitable jewellery designs and offer advise based on strong knowledge of gems and jewellery acquired through on-going training.
- Talk up Carrie K., provide a excellent customer experience that gets clients returning and telling their friends about us
- Build strong client relationships to maintain a portfolio of clients to proactively achieve repeat sales and referrals
- Sales administration to ensure all client details are accurately recorded and manage client design orders
- Meet sales targets
- Keep inventory accurate to ensure everything is accounted for
- Ensuring all jewellery is well presented, polished and tidy
- Visual display to ensure store and customer experience presents the brand well
- We invest in training and developing our staff in order to help them reach their full potential and grow to develop skills in omni-channel sales. We aim to make a positive impact not just amongst our clients but lift each other with our "can-do" team spirit, meaningful milestone jewellery and focus on personal development.

SALARY: Basic + Sales commission totalling at a range of $2,800 to $4,000 per month
