Chef Instructor

Conduct Bread, Pastry, Cake, and Chocolate lessons.
- Share and impart knowledge and guide students during the lesson.
- Communicate and deliver the class to students in a more fun and enriching way to achieve high level of student satisfaction.
- Develop handouts and learning materials for student.
- Responsible for daily lesson plans and instructional plans to meet course competencies.
- Set up classroom and equipment in advance to deliver the required curriculum.
- Evaluate student performance for practical and written/ oral assessment.
- Develop cohesive, safe and positive learning environment for students and ensure that safety procedures in the kitchen are adhered to by the students.
- Promote and instil high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness in the working environment.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma/Degree and/or professional qualifications in respective course of study.
- Certification in WSQ ACTA/ ACLP.
- Possesses strong understanding and knowledge in pastry and baking.
- Worked in the baking or F&B industry.
- Excellent baking products.
- Enjoy training and interacting with trainees and helping them to develop their competencies.
- Reliable.
- Excellent facilitation skills.
- A team player with positive communication and interpersonal skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance
Part-time hours: 40 per week

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
