About the Team

**Responsibilities**:
1. Responsible for the internationalization of short video content ecology, with own understanding of content, ability to deeply analyze business data and user needs, identify key issues in content production-distribution-consumption, quantify goals, and implement strategies to achieve goals;
2. Through quantitative data analysis and qualitative observation, address key issues in platform ecological evolution, make effective judgments, use product mechanisms, content/recommendation strategies, improvement of AI technologies such as machine learning, create a good environment for content consumption and creation;
3. Familiarize and understand the content recommendation process and basic principles in depth, collaborate with recommendation algorithm development and analysts, validate and continuously optimize different recommendation strategies.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualification
1. Bachelor's degree or above
2. 3 years of product or strategy experience, possessing good content understanding, experience in content strategy, scheduling strategy, recommendation strategy, product experience in commodity recommendation is preferred;
3. Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, ability to handle pressure, resilience, sense of responsibility and goal orientation, ability to focus on solving complex problems, long-term thinking;
Preferred Qualification
1. Solid and good data analysis ability, strong logical thinking ability;
2. Preference for consumers and creators of content products, preference for those who enjoy and frequently use overseas content products;
