Join the laboratory of Assoc. Prof. Elbert Chia at SPMS. We are seeking a Research Fellow to contribute to a project focused on measuring the current-phase relation of a Josephson junction in superconductor-based structures, using a tunnel-diode-based penetration depth setup.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operation, maintenance, and modification of the tunnel-diode-based penetration depth setup in Prof. Chia’s laboratory- Management of project issues, including related paperwork- Measurement of the London penetration depth in superconductors- Preparation of scientific publications

Job Requirements:
- A Ph.D. degree in physics is mandatory.- Demonstrated strong experimental skills- Demonstrated ability to publish high-tier research publications.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (including scientific writing).- Ability to work independently but also to work as part of a team, e.g., collaborating with the group members as well as researchers from other labs.
