**Key Responsibilities**
- Support administrative matters for the Project Sales, Service Sales and Marketing Team.
- Source new leads from tender portals and compile, create, and submit tender documents.
- Help with the preparation of quotations and proposals.
- Prepare maintenance contracts for renewal notices, and service sales reports to monitor contract renewals.
- Help in the development of marketing materials.
- Assist in marketing projects and event coordination.
- Support the Head of Operations and Managing Director with all other administrative tasks.
- Match supplier invoices with related documents and input them into the system.
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
