**Recruitment & Selection**
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers to define roles and finalize job descriptions.
- Source, screen, and coordinate interviews and offers.
- Manage foreign worker recruitment and liaise with overseas agencies.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with fair employment guidelines and educate hiring managers.
- Continuously review and improve recruitment and onboarding processes.
**HR Administration**
- Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Benefits administration and maintenance
- Follow up on medical reports for older and foreign staff.
**Onboarding**
- Conduct onboarding sessions and system training.
- Assign buddies and ensure workstation readiness.
**General HR Support**
- Assist in other HR-related matters as needed.
- Be open to learning and supporting other HR functions as part of job rotation and career development.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment.
- Familiarity with Singapore employment laws and work pass procedures.
- Experience with foreign worker recruitment is preferred but not a requirement
- Experience with construction-related staffing is preferred but not a requirement
- Strong communication, organizational, and HRIS skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within a dynamic HR team.
