We are looking for freelance recruitment specialists who are proactive in learning, understand business requirements and be creative in sourcing for talent.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Execute all facets of recruiting process from sourcing through to offer negotiation.
- Manage time well and partner with hiring managers on staffing needs.
- Build relationships internally and externally.

**Key Requirements**
- MOM CEI basic certification.
- Experience in agency/in-house talent acquisition/recruitment work.
- Diploma/Degree from relevant disciplines.
- Experience in campus/overseas hiring, employer branding, employee training, consultancy or business development a plus.
- Resourceful team player, organized with good communication skills.
- Positive entrepreneurial mindset and resilience with a “CAN-DO” attitude and passion to deliver results.
