**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Develop and refine coding curriculum tailored for young learners.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Curriculum to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Provide creative and engaging instructional content, including text, images, and code, to enhance the learning experience.
- Assist in planning and executing social media initiatives to promote the curriculum and engage the community.
- Stay up-to-date, taking references from competitors in the market and following market trends to create relevant, suitable curriculum.
- Teach in a classroom setting to assess the efficacy of the curriculum
- Capture and analyze relevant data/metrics to evaluate the success of the curriculum and make necessary improvements.

**Learning Outcomes & Objectives**
- Practical Insight into Startup Dynamics: Gain hands-on experience navigating startup operations.
- Brainstorming and Creative Problem-Solving: Enhance critical thinking and creative problem-solving.
- Collaboration with Diverse Coding Team: Participate in coding projects and leverage team expertise.
- Ownership of Curriculum Development: Lead curriculum projects, taking ownership of deliverables.
- Project Management in a Dynamic Environment: Effectively manage timelines, resources, and project milestones.
- Contribution to Product Enhancement: Understand iterative product development.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth understanding of current coding/tech culture and awareness of trending topics.
- Proficiency in coding or actively pursuing coding skills (with a few personal projects under your belt).
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Resourceful, adaptable, and excited to work in a dynamic startup environment.

**Bonus if you have any of the following**:

- Professional experience in curriculum development within robotics and coding.
- Familiarity and deep knowledge of any popular EdTech platforms, such as Lego, Vex, Python.
- Experience working with young learners.

**Job Type**: Internship

**Salary**: $700.00 - $1,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
