As the Hardware Development (Simulation) intern, you'll dive into exciting projects alongside our simulation engineers Get ready to evaluate liquid ingress CFD simulations, measure fluid contact angles on different coatings, and whip up prototypes that showcase real physics. Your contributions will be key in bringing innovative ideas to life, all while collaborating with a dynamic team.

**What you will do**:

- Participate in the evaluation process for liquid ingress CFD simulations (Volume-of-Fluid). Conduct testing and analysis, perform simulations, and correlate results with experimental data.
- Measure the fluid contact angle of various coating surfaces for devices and prototypes. Your contributions will provide essential parameters for simulations and their correlation.
- Create prototypes that accurately represent the physics that are being simulated.

**What you bring**:

- Experience_
- At least a diploma in mechanical engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficient in and enthusiastic about simulation tools and software (such as Star-CCM, Fluent, Python, or similar).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- A background in assistive technologies or the medical device industry is a bonus.
