- We are parting with a real estate firm in search for a Senior Finance manager to join their team.- This position will take full responsibility for all finance and administration matters concerning the current and future state of the business in Asia and overseas, and will eventually build the accounting and finance team.**Responsibilities**

**Corporate - Finance & Accounting**
- Manage all finance functions of the Company - general ledger, billings/AR, payments/AP, GST, budgeting and cashflow forecasting, bank account management
- Work with external vendors over corporate secretarial matters, annual financial report and tax and statutory filings
- Liaise with external parties, including bankers, auditors, tax authorities

**Corporate - Human Resources**

**Corporate - Legal and Administration**
- Work with external counsel and Partners on all business and legal related matters for the Company, including fees agreements review/amendment, D&O Insurance, trademarks,
- Handles general administrative matters for the Company as required (e.g. office space sourcing, mail handling and collection)

**Clients/Investments - Finance & Accounting**
- Collaborate with Partners and VP, Investments and Asset Management in real estate deal structuring, including establishment/liquidation of project companies, provide insights over holding structure, tax, remittance procedure and operations risk
- Manage all finance functions of real estate deals on behalf of clients, including IFRS financial reporting, work with external vendors over book-keeping, corporate secretarial matters, annual audit, bank account management, tax and statutory filings
- Participate and contribute to investor update, presentations and investor enquiries as required

**Key Competencies**
- Accounting and/or Finance degree and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience required. CPA or equivalent/similar designation is strongly preferred.- EA 18S9493 | R1544508Job ID 3626419
