**Make an Impact by**:
- Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to senior leader and the team.
- Perform administrative duties such as travel, hotel and meal arrangements, personal claims, documentation, credit card bill checking, etc.
- Manage calendar scheduling of senior leader, routinely updating him/her of upcoming commitments and all other administrative matters that may require attention.
- Respond to key stakeholders' queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain professionalism and appropriately handle highly confidential materials when interfacing with the business.
- Other ad-hoc projects as assigned by the management.
**Skills for Success**:
- Minimally Diploma in Business Management.
- 8 - 10 years of secretarial experience and/or PA experience to senior executive (such as C-suite leaders and/or Board of Directors).
- Excellent communication skills, cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
- Experience in providing admin support in a fast-paced environment, while being able to multi-task to achieve tight deadlines.
- Self-motivated, meticulous and resourceful.
- Curious and keen in working with digital tools and systems in performing the administrative and secretarial activities.
- Detail-oriented with high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
