**As part of the programme, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in one of the following domains**:
**Cloud**
- Assess and incorporate ITIL standards and process into Private/Public Managed Cloud & Containers platforms to align with the industry best practices
- Operate and manage cloud and containers technologies that incorporates products, tools, self-service portals and automation
- Work with both practice/project managers and account team to design/develop, and deliver Cloud and Container Managed Services, Migration and Project Delivery

**Systems**
- Responsible for infrastructure systems sizing, design, implementation, testing and maintenance of proposed solutions
- Provide support to clients on a variety of system technologies including Microsoft Windows Server OS, Unix/Linux OS, Enterprise Storage and Backup, Protection, Middleware, Automation and Container technology

**Database**
- Perform DB Infrastructure installation, configuration, operations and maintenance activities
- Check and troubleshoot basic DB Infrastructure issues and take necessary actions to resolve the issues based on pre-defined SOPs and processes
- Proactive and vigilant in monitoring, managing the system DB Infrastructure and addressing issues that may arise

**Network**
- Support network planning, design, implementation, and performance optimization of Wired Network infrastructure, Wireless Network infrastructure, Network Security, Cabling, and Network Vulnerability Assessment
- Support network daily operational tasks such as Network infrastructure health check, move/add/change/delete request, ad-hoc support for implementation roll out, upgrades of OS and software, supporting network infrastructure on special occasions (E.g. NDP)
- Maintain network infrastructure and Resolve infrastructure incidents

**Software Defined Platform**
- Deliver stable, efficient, and reliable Cloud Infrastructure and operations that meet or exceed stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Support design, implementation and testing of private / public Cloud Infrastructure
- Support service provisioning and configuration management via Infrastructure As Code
- Provide support to end users on a variety of system technologies including Microsoft Windows Server and Linux OS
- Perform daily performance monitoring, analyse and maintenance to ensure Cloud Infrastructure performed according to SLA
- Assess and incorporate the ITIL standards into Private/Public Managed Cloud platforms to align with the industry best practices
- Incorporate continuous improvement process in operations to improve the resiliency, security, performance, and cost of cloud infrastructure

**What should you have**:

- Diploma in Computer Science or related IT/Engineering fields
- Diploma graduate with less than two years of relevant working experience
- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, good team player and highly collaborative
