Singapore DSTA - Defence Science & Technology Agency Full time

**OVERVIEW**:

You will be part of the scholarship team to manage the DSTA Scholarship programmes. The role will require you to:

- Proactively scan the landscape to ensure DSTA Scholarship programmes continue to be competitive.
- Engage scholars and provide meaningful touchpoints to strengthen their networks and engagement with DSTA and Defence Technology Community.
- Plan and manage the scholarship budget to ensure sufficient funds for the scholarship programmes.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resource, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Good analytical skills and is meticulous
- Thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
