We are in search of a Regional Project Manager who embraces a proactive, customer-driven approach, demonstrating full ownership and responsibility for delivering comprehensive Energy Storage Solution projects. This role entails managing, planning, monitoring, and resourcing multiple projects while actively seeking opportunities for team improvement.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Create, design, and implement project management processes, templates and frameworks to standardize project execution and reporting;
- Lead, monitor, and control the performance of the customer’s project life cycle;
- Project Initiation, project planning, project execution and control, and project closing;
- Key activities include task completion verification, project team monitoring, managing the exchange of project updates across the project team members, schedule reporting, issue resolution, scope change, variation claim, and contract administration;
- Ensure Customer satisfaction. Deliver projects excellence to our end-user base and throughout the contractual chain;
- Validate the project, including technical and commercial elements;
- Monitor the execution of the customer’s project to make sure the SOW is done on time and within budget;
- Lead the closeout of the customer’s project to include financial reconciliation, verification of job site equipment arrival, installation, start-up, documentation, and training support completion;
- Solve problems with customers that result in positive feedback and enhanced relationships. Project business growth and profitability;
- Ensure the project team operates at the highest standards of Health and Safety;
- Identify the risks, issues, and manage the associated corrective action plans;
- Organize, lead, and motivate the project team and synchronize his team with the other teams;
- Ensure proper and timely documentation throughout the project lifecycle for traceability;
- Help to Manage resource planning and efficiency to maximize utilization;
- Ensure efficiency and best practices are embedded in project delivery process and culture to raise competitiveness and profitability of the business;
- Ensure compliance with our work and quality process and drive continuous improvements;
- Support in bidding stage to evaluate project risk and opportunity for preparation of risk/opp registry;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process requirements and translate them into effective solutions.;
- Continuously evaluate and improve backend systems and processes for optimal performance and scalability.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in similar capacity;
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Engineering/ Management or equivalent;
- Possess Project Management-related certifications would be advantageous;
- Adept at strategic thinking and swift problem-solving;
- Strong analytical skills, adept at multitasking, organized and able to meet tight deadlines
