Project Administrator/pmo(Vendor Management)

Because you are the primary contact for our vendors, all applicants must have at least 3 years to 5 years of experience in vendor services based on the following
- Coordinating all vendor management activities and processes
- Acting as an intermediary between vendors and stakeholders
- Conduct vendor service reviews, update vendor rating periodically o Communicating vendor responsibilities and obligations
- Analyze if they meet current needs of Group Information Security
- Communicating product-related issues and concerns to vendors
- Establishing vendor performance standards and suggesting improvements
- Designing business guidelines for vendors
- Ensuring all vendor activities adhere to our company policies
- Research and establish relationships with new vendors when necessary
- Maintain, organize and track all documentation between the company and vendors
- Troubleshooting any vendor issues, resolve vendor disputes or issues quickly and efficiently,
- Conduct risk assessment on contract deviations and suggest risk mitigating actions to managdeviations
- Updating contract terms of existing vendors
- Conduct 3rd party non-outsourcing or outsourcing risk assessments where necessary o Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements for 3rd party non-outsourcing and outsourcing risk assessments
- Developing and implementing vendor selection programs
- Suggesting vendor management processes, policies, and methods
- Management reporting
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Finance or equivalent
Experience in vendor management and contract management in Financial institutions
- Knowledgeable in regulatory requirements for 3rd Party outsourcing and non-outsourcing engagements
- Previous work experience as a Vendor Manager with Good command in English
- Excellent time management and organizational skills, multi-tasking
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills
- Good research skills, MS Excel Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Having an eye for detail
- Quick decision making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to offer improved customer service
