- Assist to prepare tender and contract documents including bills of quantities
- Prepare tender cost estimates, including material and labor calculations based on tender documents and drawings.
- Administer the tender process, evaluate tenders, and submit tender recommendation reports
- Collaborate with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflows.
- Liaise with project teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to M&E works.
- Track all project-related costs, ensuring budget compliance.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned by manager.

**Job Requirements**:

- At least Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related field
- Familiar with tendering process
- **At Least 3 years experience** as a Quantity Surveyor in M&E Construction
- **MUST BE Proficient in Mandarin** to coordinate with Chinese speaking counterparts
