**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare **cost estimates, budgets, and tender submissions** for M&E works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, ACMV, etc.)
- Evaluate and **procure subcontractor/supplier quotations**, negotiate contracts and terms.
- Perform **quantity take-offs and measurements** from drawings and site.
- Manage **progress claims, variations, and final accounts**.
- Ensure compliance with **contract terms and project specifications**.
- Liaise with **consultants, main contractors, and site teams** for cost-related matters.
- Prepare and monitor **project cash flow** and cost control reports.
- Assist in **value engineering** and cost-saving proposals.
- Conduct **site visits** and verify completed work for payment certification.
- Handle **BIM/Revit-based quantity extraction** if required (depending on project tools used).

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or Degree in **Quantity Surveying**, **Mechanical/Electrical Engineering**, or related field.
- **2-5 years experience** in M&E Quantity Surveying, preferably with a **subcontractor**.
- Strong understanding of **Singapore construction standards** and practices.
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, MS Excel, and QS software** (e.g., CostX, Cubicost preferred).
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Able to **work independently** under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:
