UX Designer

**Your Job**:
The Education team's mission is to help people get the right qualifications and training to start, grow, or change careers in order to get better jobs. The Education UX team collaborates with Product Managers, Engineers, and partner design disciplines to deliver solutions to the real-world problems that job seekers face. As a UX Designer on this team, you’ll have the opportunity to design and ship impactful features that help job seekers achieve positive career outcomes.
**Responsibilities**
- Define the UI and interactions for new and existing features
- Validate and iterate on your designs based on quantitative and qualitative data
- Partner with Product Management, Engineers, Content Designers, and UX Researchers to drive designs from initial concept to final implementation that meet user and business goals
- Partner with product management on ideas that will help them reach their business goals, distilling complex product goals into simple and intuitive experiences for job seekers
- Collaborating with UX Researchers and using design research methods to turn customer insights into tangible solutions
- Collaborating with Content Designers to ensure the job seeker’s voice is incorporated into the design process

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years professional experience working in product user experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (UX/Visual Design, Human Computer Interaction, Information Design, Graphic Design, or similar degrees preferred)
- A portfolio that demonstrates strength in visual design and storytelling, and experience designing modern, usable interactions and UIs, highlighting your customer-centred approach to design
- Experience with mobile-first experiences and design systems, with a demonstrated ability to think through end-to-end solutions with a strong user-centred approach
- Capable of working within constraints to transform complex requirements into simple solutions
- Capable of rapid iteration as ideas emerge and priorities change
- Manages and builds positive relationships across disciplines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A basic understanding of Web Accessibility / WCAG 2.0; experience adhering to AA standards a plus

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include quarterly bonuses, Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), an open Paid Time Off policy, and many region-specific benefits.

**Salary Range Transparency**:
Singapore 92,000 - 134,000 SGD per year
