**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Identify and target potential clients**within the **diverse industries**, building a robust pipeline of business opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective strategies to acquire new **clients**and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new opportunities.Meet or exceed business development goals, including revenue targets and client acquisition KPIs.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry is an added advantage.
- **Sales driven personality and is a results-oriented person**:

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and business development strategies is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
