We are looking for an experienced Regional Relationship Manager with strong client relationships and knowledge.

**Responsibilities**
- Managing a portfolio of Chinese Corporate clients across APAC (excl. Japan) as the Regional Relationship Manager, including origination, returns discipline and credit risk accountability.
- Collaborating closely with local, regional and global colleagues in pursuit of growing the business with our client base and supporting our client’s priorities
- Originating new to bank client opportunities, and identifying growth opportunities with our existing client base across 14 countries and all products of the Bank
- Growing our impact as a bank by focusing on ESG solutions to support our clients
- Uptiering our APAC relationships to headquarter, CEO, CFO and APAC regional head levels in order to drive the MUFG strategic agenda
- Working to establish APAC Regional Account Plans for clients in cooperation with the headquarter and local offices
- Working to achieve targets and commitments set in the financial year and provide regular updates to key stakeholders and management with reports / deal pipelines on business development activities
- To control and coordinate the preparation, credit matters including instructions, conditions and reports required and documentation including pending items. To always comply with internal rules and guidelines, as well as external laws and regulations pertaining to proper conduct of banking business.

**Requirements**:

- Degree qualified
- Minimum 12 years’ experience as a regional relationship manager in banking sector.
- Experience building and developing client relationships, winning businesses, closing transactions and developing network internally and externally.
- Sales experience onshoring and offshoring China Corporate clients
- Ability to work with diverse set of people across products and countries with proven track record of managing cross cultural environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills to collaborate with other departments
- Strong understanding of local finance laws and regulations across APAC
- Solid and In-depth knowledge of corporate banking products and services
- Ability to write and speak in Mandarin and English in order to effectively perform the responsibilities of the role.
